Three!

So, while I'm waiting for the baptism video to upload, I thought I'd create a quick entry and upload pics of "the cake." A few months ago, I took a cake decorating class at Queens and finally had a chance to put those "mad decorating skills" to work. My initial cake plan fell through when "Aunt W" had to go out of town to help her son move into his new digs. So, I engaged my right brain and, well to be honest, probably bit off more than I could chew (but then again, that tends to be my norm, rather than an exception to the rule).

After a two day labor of love, C's birthday cake was complete. I was very happy w/ the results - both for the main cake (Noah's Ark) and C's "smash cake." Of course, I must give sincerest thanks to Gail at Cheesecake Etc. for providing the yummy frosting I used to decorate C's cakes.
