The Blizzard of '09 has struck! On March 1, no less. It was C's third snow day of the winter. The first two were pitiful dustings. This one was 4-5 inches.
We went outside early in the morning before the snow turned to slop. C wanted to make a snowman, but the snow was a bit on the icy side to roll so I didn't think it was going to work. But we kept piling it up and smooshing it together. Then T did her artistry and what an excellent snowman we made! When asked what the snowman's name was, C answered, "Snowman."
One of the top all-time C anecdotes occurred about two weeks ago. We were going to a birthday party of a friend of C after church. As C was getting dressed for church, we reminded him of the party. C says, "Cake now." (I wish!). E looked at his watch and said "Not now. In three hours." C looked at his wrist, as if he was wearing a watch, and said, "Clock says, Cake Now." I need that clock!
